Battle of the Birds: Awesome vs. Phelix – Who Will Reign Supreme? 

It’s a face-off like no other! From 12:00 PM on Thursday, August 28 through kickoff on Saturday, August 30, Tennessee Tech and Cumberland University are going head-to-head in a 48-hour giving challenge to see which school can rally the most support. 

 As the Golden Eagles prepare to take on the Cumberland Phoenix at Tucker Stadium, another battle is brewing off the field—one that YOU can help win. 

Your mission: Help Awesome Eagle soar past Phelix the Phoenix by making a gift to the Golden Eagle Campaign, or any area of your choosing, during this short but mighty window. The university that raises the most during the competition will have their mascot crowned victor live at halftime!
